England will be up for a long tour of India which comprises of 4 Tests, 2 T20Is and 5 ODIs. The Englishmen kick off the tour on October 30th with a warm-up game at Mumbai. The tourists would play two more warm-up matches before the 1st Test which will begin on the 15th of November at Ahmedabad.
The Test Series between India and England will have Four Matches which will be played at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Nagpur. After the Test Series, the two nations play a couple of T20Is at Nagpur and Pune followed up by a 5-ODI Series. Prior to the ODI Series, England will play a couple of practice One Dayers at Delhi.
This long tour of India for England will end on the 27th of January 2013. Following is the Schedule of England Tour of India 2012/13 as announced by the BCCI:
