Experienced England all-rounder Ben Stokes, who announced his retirement from one-day cricket on Monday (July 18), has lamented that the jam-packed schedule is taking a toll on cricketers. He stated that players are not cars that can be filled up with petrol.

Former Team India pacer Shanthakumar Sreesanth on Wednesday announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. The 39-year-old said he made the decision because he did not want to block the path for youngsters. The temperamental cricketer played 27 Tests, 53 ODIs and 10 T20Is for India between 2005 and 2011.
