India were outplayed in the opening Test of the four-match series against Australia at Pune.

India's Test captain Virat Kohli admitted that India were completely outplayed in the first Test against Australia in Pune. Kohli dubbed India's catastrophic batting performance as team's worst in the last two years.

India's 19-match unbeaten streak ended in rather unbelievable fashion as they succumbed to a massive 333-run loss in the first Test of the four-match series at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium on Saturday in Pune.
