The Sri Lankan Squad comprising of 15 players for the 5-ODI Series against South Africa was announced today. The Lankan squad includes the name of medium pacer Nuwan Kulasekara who makes an international comeback after four month due to an injury which he sustained during the home series against Australia.
Also in the ODI Squad is left-arm spinner Rangana Herath who played the key role in Sri Lanka’s maiden Test win in South Africa at Durban. Off spinner Suraj Randiv, Jeevan Mendis and Seekkuge Prasanna who were part of the One Day Squad against Pakistan have been axed.
