Pakistan have recalled dashing middle order batsman Umar Akmal back into their Test Squad for the upcoming Series against England in the UAE.

Pakistan have recalled dashing middle order batsman Umar Akmal back into their Test Squad for the upcoming Series against England in the UAE. The axe has once again fallen on former Skipper Shoaib Malik who hasn't done anything significant in the recent games. Also back in the Pakistan team are left arm quicks Wahab Riaz and Junaid Khan with the latter asked to prove his fitness to get the final nod.

Pakistan will be facing England in a 3-Test Series which starts on January 17 next year at Dubai. The Test Series is followed up by 4 ODIs and 3 T20Is. There is also a PCB XI team announced that will be led by Wicket Keeper Sarfraz Ahmed which will provide a warm-up game for England.
